8 sheets Rectangular Fish Cakes, cut into approx. 1½” x 2¼”
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
3 oz Carrots, julienned
2 oz Onion, thinly sliced
1 oz Big Green Onion, Green Part, sliced
½ oz Big Green Onion, White Part, sliced
½ oz Serrano Pepper, chopped
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Cooking Wine
2½ tbsp Garlic, minced
¼ cup Water
2 tbsp Rice Syrup
1½ tbsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
