Bulgogi Kimchi Taco / 불고기 김치 타코

Everyone knows May 5th is Children’s Day in Korea. It also happens to be the day we celebrate Mexican heritage in honor of a military victory back in the 1860s! Why not celebrate both by gathering the kids and making some homemade Korean-Mexican Tacos?! Happy Children’s Day & Cinco De Mayo!

Ingredients
4 Taco Tortillas
160 g Ground Beef
70 g Red Onion, chopped
Cilantro, chopped
Roasted Sesame Seeds
1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Kimchi
½ cup Kimchi, chopped
½ tbsp Sugar
½ tbsp Butter

Seasoned Sauce for Beef
1 tbsp Sugar
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tsp Sesame Oil
2 tsp Garlic, minced

Sriracha Mayo
3 tbsp Korean Mayonnaise
½ tbsp Sriracha Sauce
1 tsp Lime Juice
