Fish Bibimbap / 비빔밥

Be different and try a Bibimbap with Tilapia instead of meat. You won’t regret it!

Ingredients
8-12 oz Tilapia
1 cup Kimchi, chopped
1 Zucchini, julienned
2 Carrots, julienned
8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
1 bunch Kale or Spinach
7 oz Corn
1 cup Kimchi, chopped
1 cup Bean Sprouts, blanched
1 cup Rice (white or brown)
2 Eggs
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Salt
Sesame Oil
Salt (adjust to your liking)
Sesame Seeds, for garnish

Gochujang Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Gochujang (Red Pepper Paste)
1/2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
