The perfect one-pan recipe for those lazy noodle lovers! 해물볶음우동900_01 Ingredients (Serving size: 2) 2 pkg udon noodles 5 cloves garlic, sliced 3 tbsp chili oil 2 tbsp oyster sauce salt & pepper Seafood : 2~4 ea shrimp, 1/4 cup squid (boiled and sliced), 5~8 ea. mussel Vegetables : 1 cup julienned onion, 1/4 cup bell peppers(sliced in triangle), 1 ea sliced chili pepper, 1/2 cup sliced zucchini, 1/2 cup sliced carrot   해물볶음우동900_03 1. In large skillet or wok, heat 3 tbsp chili oil over medium-high heat. If you don’t have chili oil, don’t you worry! Stir-frying chili powder or flakes with vegetable oil can be substituted.
