So fast. So tasty. The perfect one-pan recipe for those lazy noodle lovers!
Ingredients(Serving size: 2)
2 pkg udon noodles
5 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tbsp chili oil
2 tbsp oyster sauce
salt & pepper
Seafood : 2~4 ea shrimp, 1/4 cup squid (boiled and sliced), 5~8 ea. mussel
Vegetables : 1 cup julienned onion, 1/4 cup bell peppers(sliced in triangle), 1 ea sliced chili pepper, 1/2 cup sliced zucchini, 1/2 cup sliced carrot
1. In large skillet or wok, heat 3 tbsp chili oil over medium-high heat. If you don’t have chili oil, don’t you worry! Stir-frying chili powder or flakes with vegetable oil can be substituted. Add garlic and stir it.
2. When garlic gets soft, add seafood, then salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry it until seafood is cooked. In the meantime boil water in a pot, cook noodles according to package instructions. Strain and set aside.
3. Add vegetables into the skillet and stir-fry them 2 minutes more. You don’t need to buy all the vegetables. Use any veggies in your fridge! Add noodles and oyster sauce. Cook, stirring, until combined.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley or scallion. Serve warm.
