NYE Korean Dumpling Jeongol / 만두 전골

Ingredients
0.85 lb Thin Sliced Ribeye Roll
6 Frozen Dumplings
5 ½ oz Napa Cabbage, cut into 1”X2.5” pieces
4 oz King Oyster Mushrooms
4 ¼ oz Grey Squash, cut into 2.5 inch slices
3 ½ oz Black Oyster Mushrooms
4 ¼ oz Seafood Mushrooms
4 ¼ oz Green Onion, cut into 2.5 inches
2 Shiitake Mushrooms
1 oz Mugwort
16.9 fl oz Water
2 1/2 oz Chives
4 Carrots slices
2 Red Peppers slices

Broth
1 Jinga Beef Bone Soup (16.9 fl oz)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Scallion, minced
¼ tsp Black Pepper
1 ½ tbsp Garlic, minced

Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Plum Syrup
3 tbsp Vinegar
2 tbsp Sugar
6 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Wasabi
