Ingredients(serving size: 2)Spicy version : 1cup rice cake, 3tbsp red pepper flakes, 1.5tbsp sugar, 1.5tbsp soy sauce, 1tbsp sesame oil
Sweet & salty version : 1cup rice cake, 3tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp corn syrup, 1tsp sesame seeds, 1tsp minced garlic
Cooking oil
Garlish : scallion, sesame seeds
1. Let’s start with the spicy version. It’s so simple, you will be surprised. Just mix all the sauce ingredients and the rice cake. Set aside.
2. Do the same thing for the sweet & salty version.
3. Drizzle some cooking oil on a pan and stir fry the rice cake on a low heat. Make sure you stir-fry the two versions separately, so you can savor each flavors to the fullest. Stir fry until the rice cakes soak up all the sauce.
4. Garnish with scallion and sesame seeds.
