1 Egg Yolk
1½ tbsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Cold Water
85 g Korean Chives, cut into 2-inch pieces
20 g Red Chili Peppers, chopped
¾ cup Tong Tong Bay Seafood Mix, thawed
1 tbsp Cooking Oil
